What this site collects
- Visit statistics: page views may be counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you.
- One optional cookie: if you choose a currency at the bottom of a page, a cookie called
fr_bandremembers it for a year. It holds only the currency, nothing else. - The calculator: the monthly fee you type is kept in your own browser for that visit so the Pricing page can use it. It is never sent anywhere.
- Hosting logs: Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes basic request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it. Your country is used, without being stored, to show prices in your currency.
Messages you send
The site has no contact form. When you tap a WhatsApp or email link, or use Start a project, your message goes straight from your own app to my WhatsApp or email. I use what you send only to reply and to quote, and I don’t share it.
Demos and links to other sites
The live app demos load only when you tap “Try the live demo”. They come from nextentry.app and tjpienaar.github.io, which have their own privacy terms. Links to App Store, Google Play and other sites follow those sites’ policies.
Your rights
Under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it or delete it, and object to how it is used. Email [email protected]. If you’re not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
